Learn to use SmartReach’s task manager to execute cold email, calls, linkedin steps, and approve AI-generated personalized email content in one place.

The tasks tab helps you stay on top of outreach activities across multiple channels like email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and SMS. It provides a centralized view to track pending or failed tasks, monitor deadlines, and execute multichannel outreach efficiently.

Most actions in co-pilot mode such as making calls, executing semi-automated LinkedIn steps, or approving magic content are routed through the Task Manager, making it the go-to space for managing and completing your daily outreach activities.

Note: You will need to install the SmartReach Extension to execute or run tasks

Managing your tasks:


  • View task summary - Check due, completed, and failed tasks at the top
  • Filter by channel - Select specific channels (Email, Call, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Review task details - See prospect names, due times, assignees, and campaigns
  • Execute tasks - Click the run button to complete pending activities
  • Add manual tasks - Create custom tasks for specific prospects

Understanding task status:

Task summary categories:

  • Due - Pending tasks that need attention
  • Completed - Tasks you've marked as done
  • Failed - Tasks that couldn't be executed
  • Filter options - Sort by assignee or campaign

Task table information:

  • Prospect name
  • Task status (Due, Completed, Failed)
  • Due time (displayed in your timezone)
  • Assignee responsible for the task
  • Associated campaign
  • Action button to run the task
