Edit Permissions For A Role

Once you have assigned a role, you can customize the permissions given to a particular role as per your requirements. SmartReach.io gives you extreme granularity in this aspect and you can set different permissions for each role.

As you have read earlier on how to change the role of a team member at two different places Edit role of a member, you will also find that editing permissions can also be done from two different places: Agency settings and within your Teams account.

Step 1: Goto the agency dashboard → Settings → Agency settings.

Step 2: You can go to Roles and Permissions.

Step 3: Click on the edit/view permissions corresponding to the role for which you want to edit permissions.

Step 4: For each of the individual aspects, you can grant permissions where owned by the team member or everyone on the team. That way you can control who is accessing which information in the team.

Edit Permissions from the Team

Step 1: Go to settings --> Team settings

Step 2: Select the team and then go to the Roles and Permissions.

Step 3: Click on the edit/view permissions corresponding to the role for which you want to edit permissions.
