How to set up LinkedIn automations on SmartReach?

Follow these steps to set up and manage LinkedIn automations in SmartReach.io. This guide covers connecting your LinkedIn account, creating automations, and deactivating them when needed.

Step-by-Step automation setup

-> Go to the Settings menu in the left sidebar of SmartReach.io.

-> Click on “LinkedIn Accounts” under General settings

  • Step 3: Connect Your LinkedIn Account

-> Click Add LinkedIn Account

  • Step 4: Add the details of your LinkedIn account in this form that you want to connect.

-> Linkedin URL
-> Linkedin login country (this is where you use the account from)
-> Choose an account owner from SmartReach

  • Step 5:Select “Automated Campaigns” and then click on “connect LinkedIn account”. Ensure that you have the SmartReach extension installed in your chrome browser.

Step6: Once authorised, SmartReach.io establishes a session for your LinkedIn account. Refresh your page and see if automations have been enabled or not. You should see 'yes' under automations enabled column.

  • Go to Campaigns in the left sidebar and click Create New Campaign, and create a Drip Campaign.
  • Add prospects by uploading a CSV file or integrating with a CRM.
  • Configure automation actions:

-> Connection Requests: Craft a personalized connection message (including a message will utilise your inmail credits)
-> Messages: You can schedule follow-up messages for accepted connections, or send a message to your 1st connections
-> Drip Conditions: SmartReach offers a lot of drip conditions that you can utilise. Conditions like : Linkedin profile is connected(yes/no) and you can create further nodes with these conditions whether you want to send a message to the prospects that you have connected with.

  • Day 1 - Send a connection request.
  • Day 4 - Send a message if LinkedIn profile is connected, or Send an email if LinkedIn profile is not connected

  • Launch the Campaign: Preview your setup and click Start Campaign.
