Step 1: Go to https://myaccount.google.com and sign in to your Google Workspace account

Step 2: Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and then click on Manage Your Account.

Step 3: Go to the Security section.

Step 4: Enable 2-step verification for this. For help , click here to access a support article for the same.

Step 5: Enable 2-step verification by following the instructions in this support article.

Step 6: Search for App Passwords in the search box as shown below.

Step 7: Enter your email password and click Next.

Step 8: Select Other as the app and device.

Step 9: Give a name to the app and click on Generate.

Step 10: Copy the 16-digit password that appears.

Step 11: Go to SmartReach.io and click on "Create new campaign" to begin the campaign creation process.

Step 12: On the next screen, click on Email Setup (step-3)

Step 13: Click on Add a new email account

Step 14: Choose the App-Specific Password option to connect your Google Workspace account.

Step 15: Enter the 16-digit password you generated earlier and click Test and continue.


Important Note: To avoid any issues with sending, it's important to update your ASP password if you've recently changed/updated your email account password, or unblocked your Google Workspace account recently.
