SmartReach Credits

**Plan availability

SmartReach credits are available across all plans. Credit pricing and bundled amounts may vary depending on your subscription tier. Check your plan details under Settings for more information.
Also in 14 Days free trail you will get 200 free SmartReach credits to try premium features.

How it works

Credits are deducted each time you perform specific actions inside SmartReach. The table below shows the cost per action:

LeadFinder credits

Step 1: Go to Lead Finder

1. Log in to your SmartReach account.
2. Navigate to Lead Finder from the left sidebar.
3. Apply filters (Industry, Location, Job Title, etc.) to find relevant leads.

Step 2: Select leads

1. From the results list, select the leads using the checkboxes.
2. Click on Import Leads (top right).

Step 3: Choose contact details to unlock

1. A pop-up window will appear with these options: Email — 5 credits per email Phone — 30 credits per phone number

Step 4: Choose list and campaign

Inside the same popup:

1. Select the List where the leads should be added.
2. (Optional) Select a Campaign if you want to assign these leads to an active campaign right away.
3. Click Import to proceed.

Your credits will be deducted right after confirmation.

ProspectDaddy credits

1. Go to LinkedIn and click on the search bar.
2. Enter your search criteria.
3. Click the ProspectDaddy extension icon in your Chrome toolbar.
4. Click Find Prospects to start enriching data.
5. Click Save Prospect. The email will be saved. Email costs 5 credits per email.

Your credits will be deducted right after confirmation.

Smart Email AI Agent credits

The Smart Email AI Agent has two modes: Co-Pilot mode and Auto mode. Here is how credits are used across both.

Step 1: Campaign setup (required once)

1. Required fields:

• Company Name
• What does your company do?

2. Optional fields:

• Company website
• Company location
• Target audience
• Other company context

Step 2: Step setup

1. Customize your email step.
2. Choose your step setting (Co-Pilot mode or Auto mode).
3. Preview your email step - this uses 1 credit.

Credit usage breakdown

• Previewing an email for a prospect uses 1 credit.
• When the email gets generated in the campaign before sending, it uses 1 additional credit.

How to check credit balance and usage

1. Go to Settings.
2. Scroll to the Logs section.
3. Click on SmartReach Credit Usage.

You will see your current credit balance along with a detailed log showing dates, users, types, and credits charged for each action.

How to add more credits

If your balance is low:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Open SmartReach Credit Usage.
3. Click on Add Credits (top-right corner).
4. Complete the purchase process.

Frequently asked questions

1. How many credits does it cost to unlock an email via LeadFinder?

• Each email costs 5 credits. Phone numbers cost 30 credits each.

1. Are credits deducted before or after I confirm the import?

• Credits are deducted right after you confirm the action, whether you are importing leads through LeadFinder or saving a prospect via ProspectDaddy.

3. How are credits used in the Smart Email AI Agent?

• Previewing an AI-generated email for a prospect costs 1 credit. When the campaign sends to that prospect, 1 more credit is used.

4. Where can I check how many credits I have left?

• Go to Settings > Logs > SmartReach Credit Usage. You will see your current credit balance and a detailed usage log.

5. How do I buy more credits?

• Go to Settings > SmartReach Credit Usage and click the Add Credits button in the top-right corner. Follow the purchase steps to top up your balance.

6. Do credits from ProspectDaddy and LeadFinder come from the same balance?

• Yes. All features LeadFinder, ProspectDaddy, and Smart Email AI Agent draw from a single shared SmartReach credit balance.
