SmartReach's Voicedrop
SmartReach.io now offers a Voicedrop feature, allowing users to leave pre-recorded messages for prospects. This helps in increasing engagement and ensuring your message reaches the prospect, even if they don’t answer the call.
Step 1: Record Your Voicedrop
Use any web application or voice recorder to create the message you want to send.
Step 2: Add Voicedrop to Your Campaign
- If you haven’t created a campaign yet, set one up.
- If you already have a campaign, go to Campaign Settings > Voicedrop.

Step 3: Upload Your Voicedrop File
- In the Voicemail section, click "+ Add Voicedrop File"
- Select the recorded file you want to use.

Important Notes:
- You can add up to 2 Voicedrop per campaign (delete previous ones if needed).
- Maximum file size: 10MB
- Maximum duration: 2.5 minutes (Recommended: 30-40 sec for better engagement).
- Supported formats: MP3 & WAV
Step 4: How to Use Voicedrop in SmartReach
When running a calling task from the Task section, follow these steps to send a Voicedrop:
Note: This option will only be available for campaign tasks where voicemails have been added
Step 4(a) - Once the extension opens, and once you place the call, you’ll see the Voicedrop option.

Step 4(b) - Click on it, to open the dropdown menu.

Step 4 (c) - Select the pre-recorded Voicedrop you want to send to the prospect when he picks up or if it's an auto reply. And click on "Drop Voicedrop"

Step 4(d) - The call will automatically gets disconnected when the Voicedrop is dropped.
