WhatsApp Content Setup

To add WhatsApp outreach steps to your content, click on the WhatsApp icon during the content creation process.

Next, you can add notes (for internal use) and your WhatsApp message in the message body, which will be sent to your prospects as a WhatsApp message. While sending a WhatsApp message just make sure that you respect their privacy and don't send any unsolicited messages.
