Roles & Permissions

SmartReach.io has 3 user roles:

1) Owner

Owner is the highest role that one can have on SmartReach.io. An owner has access to everything and all permissions. Following are the Default Permissions for the Owner:

2) Admin

Admin is the next highest role that one can have on SmartReach.io

By default, an admin can have access to everything in the team account except for Managing Billing and Editing Roles and Permissions for other users. Following are the Default Permissions for the Admin:

Except for Owner, the permissions for other roles can be changed as per your requirement.

3) Members:

Members are the last role on SmartReach.io

By default, members can only access everything in their own account. They cannot view or edit prospects, campaigns or any other things that they don't have permission for. Following are the Default Permissions for the members:
