How it works

Understanding call recording:

  1. Automatic recording - Calls are recorded by default when you make calls through Smartreach.io
  2. Access settings - Navigate to settings to enable or disable call recording
  3. Find recordings - View recorded calls in the calls section of your dashboard
  4. Review and download- Play back recordings and download them for training or review

How to enable or disable call recording:

Calls are recorded automatically. If you don't want to record calls, you can turn this off. If you turned it off before and now want to record calls again, you can turn it back on.

  • Go to settings → Phone numbers → Click on the edit icon on the phone number → enable recording → Save

Accessing your recorded calls:

From the tasks section

  • Navigate tasks -> tasks history -> select calls -> click on a prospect to review their recording

Access recording via the prospects filters

  1. Filter with “has call recording” and view all the call recordings
  2. Open the prospect pop out and review the call recording

Downloading recordings:

  • Click on the specific recorded call
  • Click on the 3 dots and download the recording
