Setting Up DKIM For Office 365 accounts

What is this feature?

Configure DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) for your Office 365 domain to authenticate your emails and support reliable delivery for cold email campaigns in SmartReach.io. DKIM adds a digital signature to verify your emails, helping them avoid spam filters.

How it works

Add two CNAME records to your domain’s DNS settings to enable DKIM for Office 365. After setup, wait for propagation and check if DKIM is active. If issues persist, the problem may stem from Microsoft’s side, and DKIM may not significantly impact deliverability for all domains.

  5. Save the record.
