Suspended Campaigns

Why are my campaigns suspended? audits all users from time to time.(This is a machine job) to look for open rates and bounce rates of users.

If your open rates go below 20%, your account would be under review and if it drops below 10% we suspend campaigns completely from that email account as it effects your sending reputation and also that of other users who are on the same IP as yours.

Our team usually audits your email campaigns and suggests you some best practices and expects you to act on those. We would activate your campaigns again and your account would be under review and we expect you to incorporate these good practices to improve your open rates.

If your open rates further decrease or if you are found not incorporating these guidelines or good practices we would suspend sending emails from all your accounts permanently.
