Calling setup

This article provides instructions for setting up the calling functionality in your SmartReach.io account.

Users need to set up their calling number to place calls via SmartReach. This can be done via two places:

  1. Add the calling channels via (Settings -> Team settings -> Call Accounts)
  2. Inside the campaign creation steps, under "Channel Set-up"
