Calling setup
Configure calling numbers for SmartReach PowerCaller. Add call accounts through settings or during campaign creation for multichannel outreach.
Users need to set up their calling number to place calls via SmartReach. This can be done via two places:
- Add the calling channels via (Settings -> Team settings -> Call Accounts)
- Inside the campaign creation steps, under "Channel Set-up"
