Connect SendGrid

Before you connect your SendGrid account with SmartReach.io, you have to set up your SendGrid account properly. Follow the steps here.

Once you do the above steps you can now follow the detailed steps on how you can connect your SendGrid account to SmartReach.io in SmartReach.

Step 1: Follow the steps to integrate an email account in SmartReach.io

Step 2: Select SendGrid as the email service provider.

Step 3: Fill in the basic details in the form.

Step 4: For advanced details copy your SendGrid API key information

Step 5: Click on Test settings and Save to check if the configuration is correct.

To start sending emails via SendGrid make sure you add an email account to receive replies to in SmartReach.io as SendGrid can only send emails and cannot receive replies.
