PART 1 - How to add an AI recommended content?

The AI content is generated in the Content section inside a campaign.

Step 1: Creating an AI based Content: To create an AI based content, users can edit the content tab and click on the "Write with AI” button, and then click on “generate email from prompt”.

Step 2: Generate Email From Prompts or Inputs:

For example:

  1. Act like a seasoned sales development rep and write a cold email to sell a SAAS sales outreach tool, which highlights its features in bullet points and the mention a few pain points that it has circumvented to help organisations.
  2. Act like a seasoned sales development rep and write a cold email that talks about the growth of cloud computing industry, the challenges it faces with compliance and how SmartReach can help address those challenges. The challenges are 1)... 2)... and solutions SmartReach offers is 1)... 2)

Step 3: Target Audience Inputs for Intended Email: To generate highly personalised content, users will have to input the information like Audiences : Prospects job role/position (CEO, Sales Head etc), their department and their industry type. This will enable SmartReach AI assistance to craft much more focused emails.

Step 4: Email Preference Inputs for Intended Email: Users can personalize and fine-tune the AI-generated content to align with their brand voice and objectives. With the combination of inputs like: Email Type, Writing Style, Email Structure or Merge-tags used in emails, Users could create email content tailor-made for their brand and target audience, resulting in more impactful email marketing campaigns.

Step 5: Click on "Generate Content"

Once a content is generated, users can try generating different versions of the email. SmartReach also provides an AI tool box to rephrase, shorten or reword content. You can also edit the inputs and create new versions.

**Important: Users need to “Copy Text” from the version and add it to “Your Draft” before “Creating Step”. The various versions generated will not be available after a step is created, session is closed or refreshed. So do “create a step” to save “Your Draft”

Step 4: Add New Command (In a version)

Once a content is generated, users can try generating different versions of the email. In a specific version (if something is missing) then additional commands could be added to make the email more contextual.

Example:

  • To the above email, convert the benefits in bullet points.
  • To the above email, add a personalised ice breaker which speak about “XYZ” topic

Step 5: Generate Subject Line

After you have generated and added the final content to “Your Draft” click on “Generate Subject Line” this will recommend subject lines based on the email body. Our AI assistance is already trained to provide recommendations that are optimised for high open rates.
