  1. What email providers can I integrate with SmartReach?

  • SmartReach supports major email providers, including Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Mailgun, sendgrid, rediff etc. and any other SMTP/IMAP-based email services.
    Note: SmartReach supports only work/professional email accounts. Not the free accounts.
  1. How do I connect my email account to SmartReach?

  • You can connect your email account by going to Team Settings > Email Accounts > Add Email Account, then following the authentication steps for your provider.
  1. Can I integrate multiple email accounts?

  • Yes, you can integrate unlimited email accounts in any of the SmartReach plan. SmartReach allows multiple email accounts with inbox rotation features.
  1. Does SmartReach support inbox rotation?

  • Yes! SmartReach offers inbox rotation, which lets you distribute emails across multiple inboxes to improve deliverability and avoid spam filters.
  1. What happens if my email integration fails?

  • If your email integration fails, check if you have enabled app access (if required), Check if you have any settings enabled or have applied filters in your email account settings and verify SMTP/IMAP settings, or contact SmartReach support for troubleshooting.
    You can try to reconnect (Path) and also there might be possibility password might have disabled, in this cases you can reach out to your admin or ESP

  1. What is an email bot?

  • An email bot can open emails, click links, or send auto-replies, which may trigger an "opened" status in SmartReach.io, even if the recipient hasn’t seen it. Some email services also auto-open emails for spam checks. If Allison hasn’t received it, check her spam folder or any delivery issues.
  1. Can I Integrate the business email like monkeyabc@gmail.com which I use as company email?

  • You need a work email (business domain) to register.
    For eg: abc@comany.com.
    You cannot sign up for SmartReach using a free email (like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook).
