What is Response Sentiment Classifier and how it helps

Response Sentiment Classifier automatically categorizes prospect replies based on their sentiment and intent, helping you:

  • Quickly identify and prioritize the most promising leads
  • Sort responses by specific intent for targeted follow-ups
  • Save time by focusing on prospects most likely to convert
  • Build customized follow-up strategies for each response type

How it works

  1. Go to the Settings section in your SmartReach.io dashboard
  2. Click on Integration Settings
  3. Find the AI Automations section
  4. Toggle the switch to activate Response Sentiment Classifier

Once activated, the system will:

  1. Scan all incoming prospect emails
  2. Analyze the content to determine sentiment and intent
  3. Apply two-level classification tags:
  • Main sentiment category (Positive, Negative, Followup Needed)
  • Specific sub-classification based on intent
  1. Display these tags in your Campaign Inbox
  2. Allow you to filter and sort by both main sentiment and sub-classification

To deactivate, simply toggle the switch to the off position.
