Getting Started with SmartReach.io Integration with Make.com

Prerequisites

To integrate SmartReach.io with Make.com, you will need:

  1. An active SmartReach.io account (except Email Outreach Basic and Sales Engagement Basic plans)
  2. A Make.com account (Sign up at Make.com)

Connecting SmartReach.io to Make.com

Steps to Connect SmartReach.io with Make.com

Step 1

Log in to SmartReach.io and generate an API Key:

Open the SmartReach.io Dashboard.
Navigate to Team Settings
> Integrations > SmartReach API Key

Click on Get API Key > Generate New API Key > Confirm.
Click on the small eye button next to the API key to view it and then click on Copy


Step 2

Set up the connection on Make.com**

Open Make.com and log in.

Click on Create a New Scenario


Search for SmartReach.io in the list of applications.


Step 3

Select SmartReach application and choose a SmartReach.io Action or Trigger, The following are the available set of actions or triggers:
1. Create/Update Prospect – API to create or update a prospect.
2. Add Domain To DNC – API that adds a domain to DNC.
3. Add Email To DNC – API to add an email to DNC.
4. Add Tag to Prospect – API that adds a tag to a prospect.
5. Assign Prospect to Campaign by Email – API to assign a prospect to a campaign by email.
6. Get Prospect by Email – API to retrieve a prospect by email.
7. Get Prospects – API to get a list of prospects.
8. Mark Prospect as Complete and Pause Campaign – API to mark a prospect as complete and pause them from the campaign.
9. Remove Tag from Prospect – API to remove a tag from a prospect.
10. Unassign Prospect by Email – API to unassign a prospect by email.


Step 4

Create a Connection:
Click on Create a Connection.

Enter the API Key copied from SmartReach.io. Under Team ID, select the relevant team for which you want to enable the integration.

Click Save.


Step 5

Configure Your Workflow:
Depending on the selected action, enter the relevant details for your prospect. This would include the first name, last name, email(compulsory field) and other columns.


Step 6

Click Save.

Now that your connection with SmartReach is established , You can now add additional apps to your workflow to further customise the automation process.
