You can now receive real-time notifications on Slack whenever there’s activity in SmartReach. Simply create a webhook to connect SmartReach with Slack and get notified for:

1. Emails sent
2. Replies received
3. Prospect categorization (e.g., Interested, Not Interested, or custom categories)
4. Reply sentiments (e.g., Positive, Objection, etc.)
5. Alerts
6. Prospect uploads
7. New tasks created
8. Tasks due

Steps to Integrate Slack with SmartReach

Step 1: Login to slack and add the "Incoming Webhooks" into your slack account

Step 2: Configure the Webhook:

1. Select the channel where you want to receive the alerts
2. Copy the Webhook URL
3. Customise the name, as the alerts will appear under this name in the Slack channel. Once the set up is complete, you can save it.

Step 3: Login to your SmartReach account and navigate to "Team Settings" and click on "Webhook/Slack" under the Integration settings.

Step 4: Click on "Connect Slack" -> enter your copied Slack endpoint URL, and click on continue.

Step 5: Select the events you want to receive alerts for, save your settings, and start the Webhook. You’ll be notified whenever these events occur.
