How does Content Settings help?

Enabling this setting will append the previously sent emails at the bottom of follow-ups. This helps the recipient by giving context even when previous emails are deleted.

Scenarios when content setting helps:

• If the content setting is checkmarked and the email subject line is different from the previous email, then the earlier email thread (email sequence) would be shown to a recipient when the follow-up email is delivered.

• If the content setting is check-marked and the previous email is deleted by the recipient, the previous email thread (email sequence) would be shown to a recipient when the follow-up email is delivered.
