PART 2 - Important Aspects of AI Recommendation Features

1. Your Drafts - To create a step you will need to ensure that the final version is added to “Your Draft” and saved before you leave your desk.

2. Versions - The different versions is shown at the left side of the email creation editor./

Imp Note: The versions will not be available once you have -

• Created a Step
• Logged out
• Refreshed your Browser

3. AI Tool Box - The features available in the AI Tool Box are

• Rephrase
• Shorten
• Alternate Words (Coming soon)
• Spell Check (Coming Soon)

4. Generate/Rewrite Subject Line - On the basis of your content you can generate the subject lines, if you do not like one, AI can give you multiple subject lines as well.
