Spam Test Report
How does Spam Test work and why is it important?
By running a Spam Test, you can figure out if your email account is configured correctly for high deliverability.
When you create a campaign in smartreach.io, you can run a Spam Test. After 15-20 minutes, you will see a report.
The report will tell you whether your:
An email account is configured correctly (SPF / DKIM / DMARC) DNS settings are correct. If there is any problem, it will show the solution to fix the problem,
Email messages are formatted correctly and there are no broken links or over-usage of images
the email account has a low reputation in global spam filters or is listed in any global blacklist
We've observed that by fixing the issues noted by the Spam Test report, our customers have improved their overall deliverability and open rates.
Do multiple spam tests increase the chances of getting blacklisted?
Running multiple SPAM tests will not increase your chances of being blacklisted. Also, it is common to be on a couple of blacklists at any given time, unless listed in more, generally one need not worry.
What happens if I pause a campaign and update the settings later, and then resume the campaign? Will those new settings be incorporated automatically?
From the moment the campaign is resumed, the new settings will be applied automatically.
