Editable Preview

Most often we have some prospects in our campaign for whom we want to send a custom message in the email.

You can now do that in SmartReach.io with editable previews.

In your campaign starting process, go to--> Preview, select the prospect and click on the edit button corresponding to the step.

Make the necessary changes to your message and then click on Update in order to save the changes.

All Edited messages will have the Edited tag next to it.

Even after you start the campaign, you can still initiate the changes to your campaigns. To do so select the campaign --> navigate to Preview--> select the appropriate prospect and then simply click on Edit and proceed further.
