Q. Can I edit Magic Content AI-generated emails?
Yes! Magic Content provides a draft that you can modify before sending. You can change any part of the subject line or body text, but this option is only available in co-pilot mode, not auto-pilot mode.
Q. Why are my Magic Content emails not being generated?
There is a high likelihood that your SmartReach credits have been exhausted. You can check your balance here. If this is the case, then you will need to add additional credits.
Q. Does Magic Content work for follow-up emails?
Yes. Magic Content creates context-aware follow-ups that reference previous messages and maintain conversation flow.
Q. Can I test different versions of Magic Content emails?
No. You cannot generate multiple versions for A/B testing.
Q. Is Magic Content available for all channel types?
Currently, Magic Content is available only for email. LinkedIn and other channels will be added soon.
Q. How is Magic Content different from regular templates?
Unlike static templates, Magic Content uses AI to create unique, personalized drafts based on the prospect and campaign context, helping improve relevance and engagement.
Q. How can I enrich prospect data to improve Magic Content personalization?
You can enrich your prospect data using tools like Clay, Persana, Builtwith, and others. These tools help you gather deeper insights, such as job changes, tech stack, funding rounds, or social activity, making your Magic Content emails more targeted and effective.
Q. Can I delete an email in Magic Content Co-Pilot mode?
No. You cannot delete individual emails in Co-Pilot mode. If you need to remove a prospect from a specific email step, you'll need to pause the campaign for that prospect.
Q. What happens if I don't approve emails on time?
Emails will remain in the approval queue and won't be sent until you review them. This ensures no emails go out without your explicit approval.
Q. Can I set up automatic approvals for certain types of emails?
Yes, you can do so on auto pillot mode, Co-Pilot mode requires manual approval for each email. If you want automated sending, switch to Automated mode.
Q. How long do I have to review emails?
There's no time limit for reviews, but emails won't be sent until approved. For best campaign performance, review emails promptly.
Q. Can I edit emails after approving them?
No, once an email is approved and sent, it cannot be edited. Make sure to review carefully before approving.
