Workflow Automation - We have made significant enhancements to our workflows, resulting in streamlined processes that have improved the overall success rate. Shared Inbox - A new feature has been added which allows users to mark a secondary email address for a prospect. This is normally used when an email is received and is not currently associated with the prospect's email address. This feature is available only in the non-prospect category section. This new feature provides users with greater flexibility and efficiency in managing their prospect and contact information by allowing them to add and associate multiple email addresses to a single prospect record.
